Founded by Sam Saiia as Birmingham Excavating Co. in 1946, the company now known as Saiia is an industrial heavy civil contractor of choice for the power generation, mineral and aggregate mining, and pulp and paper markets. American Civil Constructors (ACC) West Coast, an IEA company, is a specialty heavy civil contractor serving the transportation infrastructure sector. Headquartered in Benicia, California, the company performs comprehensive bridge rehabilitation and specialty pavement overlays across the country, all with the goal of making our roads safer and more resilient.

Ragnar Benson Construction is a full-service general contractor specializing in commuter rail, intermodal facilities, and ports. With almost 40 years of experience in the railway industry, we offer various delivery models, including general contracting, construction management, preconstruction, and design-build services. In addition, we specialize in constructing intermodal facilities, classification yards, mechanical repair facilities, fueling facilities, automobile marshaling terminals, and mainline capacity improvements. Precision Aggregate was established in October of 2000 to provide the Mesquite, Nv marketplace with high quality redi-mix and aggregate products. With the help of our valued employees and our commitment to meet our clients "precise" needs. Precision Aggregate products has grown into the Las Vegas and Northwestern Arizona market places. Precision Aggregate owns and operates one permanent plant in Mesquite Nevada along with three lopro 427 portable batch plants. All of Precision Aggregate's plants feature Command Alkon's command batch systems. Precision Aggregate is a member of the NRMCA with certified trucks and plants. We also maintain concrete mix designs on Clark County's IQAC listings. Precision Aggregate uses only Solomon Colors along with quality admixtures from this Sika Corporation.

FNF Construction, Inc., established in 1984, has maintained a strong commitment to excellence on all of our projects.  The majority of our projects are in the Southwest where we provide heavy-highway construction and general engineering work, both as a general contractor, subcontractor and manufacturer/producer of aggregate and asphalt rubber binder. Our partnering management approach has earned us long-lasting relationships with both government and private industry in all types and sizes of construction projects.

Alvah Group acts as the General Contractor and Program Manager for large scale utility projects and Master Service Agreements handling all aspects necessary to complete projects in a timely and safe fashion; and provide continuous Project time line and cost monitoring to allow our customers to have complete visibility into their spend. Alvah Group, Inc. is a certified MBE in the State of California. Alvah Group relies on the expertise of its affiliated companies, Alvah Contracting, LLC, Utility Construction Services, Inc., Utility Traffic Control Services, Inc. and Utility Traffic & Restoration, Inc. to provide seamless operations to its customer. These entities are uniquely focused on all aspects of construction for the Electric Power Industry. These services include Overhead line construction and Replacement; Underground line construction and maintenance; Duct work and manhole installation and maintenance, site restoration and all aspects of traffic control. The operating entities specialize in working in dense urban areas/city centers but are equally at home in suburban/rural environments.
